TONY PERSICHILLI
COO / Chairman of the Board
During the past two decades, I have been the qualifying agent for over 2,500 residential units, and have held high level executive positions with three national builders in the Fort Myers/Naples area. I have put all my business and life experiences to good use by making Green Mountain Builders the best customer focused, quality-oriented home improvement and new home company in the area.

BILL COLBORN
Senior Construction Manager
With over twenty-five years remodeling homes in his hometown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Bill Colborn brings a wealth of experience to Green Mountain Builders. As Construction Manager, he is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of construction including new custom homes and remodeling.

ROB GISLASON
CEO
Rob comes to Green Mountain Builders with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. With extensive experience building new homes and remodeling existing properties Rob excels at exceeding customer expectations while keeping projects on time and on budget.

DAVID BROGDON
Senior Project Manager
Prior to joining Green Mountain Builders as Director of Operations, David Brogdon worked with a number of national and regional companies in his four decades in the housing industry. At Green Mountain Builders, David directs operations for all projects.

ROBERT PERSICHILLI
Quality Control
Robert Persichilli is the brother of CEO Tony Persichilli. Growing up, the brothers worked for their dad’s building company on Long Island, NY. Robert brings over 12 years of experience as a quality control manager at an aircraft parts company in New York and Florida. His passion for homebuilding brought him back to the business, overseeing quality control and customer service.

ALICIA PERSICHILLI
CFO
Alicia Persichilli, our Chief Financial Officer, has a passion for numbers, earning her bachelor’s degree in accounting. However, she also has another passion: education. She earned her master’s degree in education and shares her love of learning, with her class of second graders. How does she combine the two? She’s an expert at managing her time, a fact Tony Persichilli, her husband, knows well. She keeps Green Mountain’s books.

TINA ORSINO
Purchasing Administrator
Tina brings over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry, including ten years in all aspects of the business plus fifteen years in Real Estate. Tina’s responsibilities as part of the Purchasing team comprises a host of administrative tasks, including scheduling, permitting, issuing purchase orders, ordering materials, collection data and pricing for all projects.

KENNETH BURKE
CAD Tech
Ken Burke brings an abundance of building industry experience to Green Mountain. Originally from Ireland, Ken relocated to Florida in 1996 after receiving his Certification in AutoCAD from City & Guilds of London Institute. Since arriving in the U.S., he has worked with a number of builders, and businesses planning and designing high-end projects.

DAVE HOUSEMAN
Quality Control
Dave brings a wealth of experience to Green Mountain Builders, with over thirty years in the building business. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Dave moved to Southwest Florida in 2020, after spending time in St. Thomas. Dave’s vast experience in construction, renovation, plumbing, electrical, window and door replacement, tile installation and repairs, is perfectly suited for his Quality Control position at GMB.

DANIELA NOBLE
Designer
Prior to joining Green Mountain Builders, Daniela designed interiors for large technology firms and clothing companies. At Green Mountain, Daniela works with homeowners from the initial meeting, and brings their vision to reality by helping with spatial planning, design, finish selections, and any design needs from plumbing fixtures to lighting and hardware.

GREG HAWKINS
Consruction Manager
Greg comes to Green Mountain Builders with over 30 years of construction experience. He has an impressive knowledge of new construction, remodeling and historic remodeling. His construction experience ranges across multiple states, which has provided him with an extensive knowledge of best practices. Greg has won several awards for customer satisfaction and cost control. In his free time, Greg enjoys doing small projects and spending time with his family.

LISA TILLEY
Sales Coordinator
Lisa handles all of Green Mountain's sales coordination efforts. She works directly with our vendors to obtain quotes and craft accurate project estimates. She also works directly with our clients answering questions and guiding them through the design process.

DOUG FOX
Construction Supervisor
Coming to Green Mountain with 35+ year experience, Doug primarily manages Green Mountain’s new home construction. With a background in the plumbing trade, Doug is very knowledgeable about all the intricate details that make our finished products special.

ASHLEY MARTIN
Project Manager
With extensive experience in home remodeling and new home construction, Ash is responsible for the daily oversight of your home’s construction. She primarily manages projects in Bonita Bay condos and single-family homes. Ash enjoys answering client questions and ensuring his projects are finished on time and within budget.

WES HORTH
President
With more than two decades of construction experience, Wes started in engineering but quickly developed an interest in project management. Wes enjoys the process of bringing a home from the design phase all the way through to completion, while helping clients realize their dreams.

ANGEL GRIFFEY
Purchasing Manager
She assists Green Mountain Builders in the home office with purchasing and budgeting. Originally from Ohio, Angel relocated to Southwest Florida in 2006. Prior to joining Green Mountain, she worked for a family-owned, geothermal engineering business. Angel is primarily involved in the remodeling division.

EMILY HORTH
Vice President
Emily has a deep love for numbers and operational efficiency. She enjoys assisting clients with their purchasing and administrative needs. She likes to spend her spare time with her two young sons, Joe and Will.

LIAM KELLY
Special Projects
Green Mountain Builders has named Liam Kelly as special projects manager in office administration. A native of Southwest Florida, Liam is currently taking college courses to attain a Masters Degree in Business Administration. His goal is to have a career in the building industry. He finds working at Green Mountain Builders is a wonderful experience, learning something new every day.

BRITTANY MILLER
Designer
As a transplant to southwest Florida from Long Island, NY Brittany is now proud to call this area her home.
At Green Mountain Builders, she will use her skills and knowledge, along with her clients tastes and desires to design their perfect home and create a space that her clients not just enjoying being in but meet their functional needs of their day-to-day lives.

KAREN NORTON
Accounting
With an expansive resume, specializing in construction finance, Karen Norton is a welcome addition to the team at Green Mountain Builders. Originally from upstate New York, and most recently, residing in Connecticut, prior to relocating to Florida, Karen’s responsibilities cover every phase of accounting for Green Mountain.

NELSON MARTENY
Staff Accountant
Nelson handles Green Mountain’s accounting department. He oversees the company’s accounts payable, receivables and collections questions. With a background in small business finance and management, Nelson enjoys helping customers provide the information they need in regards to their project’s details.

CAMILA FERNANDEZ
Project Coordinator
Larry has 40+ years of home building and high-end remodeling in St. Louis, Missouri and Southwest Florida. He takes pride in his ability to build a rapport with his customers by listening, interpreting their desires, and making those dreams a reality. Aside from his years of quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, his strongest qualities are his ability to work with clients, tradesmen, inspectors, and Company management while completing a project on time, on budget and with a high level of quality.

CHUCK LINKER
Project Manager
Chuck brings over 20 years of residential remodeling experience to Green Mountain. As project manager, Chuck oversees all aspects of your home’s construction and is your direct point of contact for any questions. Originally from Chicago, Chuck enjoys being outdoors especially fishing on the Gulf.
